Don Valley Engineering is looking for an experienced Sales & Client Relationship Manager
The Sales & Client Relationship Manager will drive sustainable revenue and growth across defined markets within the bulk material handling sector. Â The role focuses on identifying and securing new projects, developing long-term customer relationships, and converting complex engineering opportunities into commercially successful outcomes. You will identify new opportunities, build strategic relationships, and maximise customer value.
Reporting to: Sales & Technical Director
Base: Sandall Stones Road, Kirk Sandall, Doncaster DN3 1QR and various sites throughout the UK

What You’ll Do:
🔹 Develop and deliver market-specific sales strategies
🔹 Identify and develop new market opportunities in existing markets
🔹 Generate a robust pipeline of engineering opportunities
🔹 Build long-term client relationships
🔹 Provide sales forecasts and KPI reporting
🔹 Represent the Company at events
What We’re Looking For:
📌 5+ years’ experience in bulk material handling/heavy engineering
📌 Strong commercial judgement
📌 Excellent communication skills
📌 Confident influencer, able to work effectively across all levels of the organisation
📌 Highly organised and self‑motivated
📌 Competent IT skills, including Microsoft 365
📌 Full UK driving licence
